Daily OSM Tip: Supporting OpenStreetMap

Today I would like to talk about supporting the OpenStreetMap project. There's many ways you can do so! Here are a few:

• You can become a member for about €/$20 or donate to the OSM Foundation.

• If your company benefits from using free OSM data, you should become a corporate member for as little as €500.

• If there is a Local Chapter in your country or region, you can support them with a donation or by becoming a member, or getting involved in their work.

Your time spent mapping, writing documentation, engaging in discussion, contributing to software, spreading the word, or organizing events supports OSM! Thank you! If you're looking for more ways to get involved: OSMF has many committees and groups that do important work, I will write more about them in the future.
